Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• To coordinate and provide workshop, case counselling, job placement and related activities for the youth, students and others;
  
• To be responsible for course planning, development, administration and quality assurance matters;
  
• To work with employers and seek their cooperation to help the clients with positive employment experiences;
  
• To submit periodic reports and statistics on cases, courses and other activities;
  
• To carry out aftercare plan to clients and the job related administration works.

• Higher diploma / Associate Degree or above in Social Work / Counseling / Social Science with at least 3-year relevant working experience;
  
• A registered social worker (RSW) is preferable;
  
• A good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills;
  
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
  
• Proficiency in computer applications and e-learning.
