• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  
• 5 years post-degree Social Work experience
  
• Good command in Eng & Chin
  
• Extensive experience working with children, youth and families facing poverty, adversity, safeguarding concerns or multiple needs
  
• Strong knowledge of positive youth development, family-centred practice, risk assessment and two-generation intervention approaches
  
• 3 years' supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
  
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children, youth and families
  
• Provide professional supervision, coaching and mentoring to TDCs and frontline staff
  
• Promote fidelity and quality implementation of the Positive Trajectory Framework (PTF), Individualised Development Plans (IDPs) and two-generation intervention model
  
• Monitor service quality, risk assessment, tiering decisions and intervention outcomes
  
• Ensure timely engagement of at-risk children, youth and families identified through universal screening;
  
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, community organisations, corporates and other stakeholders
  
• Monitor programme outputs, service targets and quality indicators
  
• Work closely with project management, research and IT teams to refine intervention models and digital solutions
  
• Understake ac hoc duties related to the project
