• - RSW, Degree in Social Work or above OR
  - Holder of a Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  
• - At least 5 years of post-degree social work experience OR
  - At least 5 years of post registration clinical nursing experience in hospital, work in elderly service or geriatric ward including supervisory duties
  
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, good in proposal writing is the advantage
  
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, good leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills with multi-disciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders
  
• Supervise multi-disciplinary team and oversee the operation of nursing home
  
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing home, day care units and Residential Care Service Voucher (RCSV) Scheme services
  
• To open up resources, financial control and to drive continuous improvements of the service
  
• Working Location : Wan Chai
