The Department of Management is now looking for a high calibre candidate for the Project Co-ordinator II position for a new Master's programme. The appointee will be responsible for (a) supporting admissions and student recruitment activities for the new programme, including applicant handling, interview co-ordination and admission material preparation; (b) assisting in marketing, outreach, information sessions, exhibitions, orientation and other programme events; (c) handling academic and student affairs, including course administration, class scheduling, student records, graduation assessment and student support; (d) supporting office operations, procurement, payments and data management; (e) liaising with internal and external parties; and (f) performing any other duties as assigned. Irregular working hours and occasional overseas travel may be required.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) self-motivation, the ability to multitask and work under pressure; and (v) the ability to work independently and as a team member with a strong sense of responsibility. At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience is preferred. Having experience in programme administration, admissions, marketing, event management, student services and/or higher education administration will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
