CUHK Business School

The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 1963, the CUHK Business School has gained world recognition of nurturing business leaders with immense contributions in the Asia Pacific. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes with over 6,500 students from 30+ countries / regions, as well as executive education. It has one of the most extensive alumni networks in the region, with over 49,000 alumni around the world.

The Executive MBA Programme is the first programme of its kind offered in Hong Kong. The Programme, initially offered by CUHK Business School in 1993, is a two-year part-time programme that is unique in its approach to graduate business education in Hong Kong.

Closing Date : September 6, 2026

Reporting to the Programme Director or her/his designate, the appointee will be responsible for (a) providing clerical and daily operation support; (b) providing filing and document matters; (c) providing administrative and logistic support to classes and activities during weekday evening and weekend if needed; and (d) performing other impromptu duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary school; (ii) Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English) : Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary (NSS) subjects, "Attained" or above in Applied Learning (ApL) subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate English and Chinese typing skills; (iv) at least 5 years of post-qualification working experience; (v) knowledge of computer applications including the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and (vi) knowledge of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for interviews and/or written test(s), as appropriate.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
