CUHK Business School
The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 1963, the CUHK Business School has gained world recognition of nurturing business leaders with immense contributions in the Asia Pacific. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes with over 6,500 students from 30+ countries / regions, as well as executive education. It has one of the most extensive alumni networks in the region, with over 49,000 alumni around the world.
The Executive MBA Programme is the first programme of its kind offered in Hong Kong. The Programme, initially offered by CUHK Business School in 1993, is a two-year part-time programme that is unique in its approach to graduate business education in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Programme Director or her/his designate, the appointee is a member of the programme team and will be responsible for (a) acting as the primary point of contact for students, actively addressing their needs and implementing initiatives to continuously enhance the overall learning journey; (b) organising and executing a full spectrum of student academic activities, driving the logistics for orientation programme, Chinese Mainland and overseas study trips, and other student initiatives; (c) managing the day-to-day logistics of academic courses, providing direct, hands-on administrative assistance to faculty members to ensure seamless class delivery; (d) co-ordinating the accreditation exercises and compliance processes; (e) providing administrative and operational support to the Programme; and (f) performing other impromptu duties as assigned. Working at flexible hours / weekends and frequent travelling may be required.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the language requirements set on the website : https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo ; (iii) at least 8 years of post-qualification executive experience, preferably in higher education sector; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students; and (vi) experience in administering academic programmes and managing student community at post-graduate level. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for interviews and written test in English and/or Chinese, as appropriate.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
