IT Support Technician (TSS / IT Technician)
Through the help of the Holy Spirit, we lead our students to accept the Gospel and the Good news of Jesus Christ. Applications are invited for the coming school year 2025-26.
Descriptions
- A recognized qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline; applicants with a higher diploma or university degree will be given preference
- Currently pursuing or already in possession of relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, or Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC)
- A minimum of 5 years (for TSS) or 2 years (for IT Technician) of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining school-based server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Strong knowledge of network administration, user account management, data backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices in secondary school
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teaching and administrative staff
- School experience is an advantage
- Sexual Conviction Record Check needed
- Expected Start Date : June 2025
