| 飛機租賃經理（Aircraft Leasing Manager） | ．Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Aviation, Finance or related disciplines ．A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience gained in the aircraft leasing industry of which 3 years are in managerial position ．Possessing excellent business network within the aircraft leasing industry ．Strong business acumen and substantial exposure / extensive experience in aviation leasing and financing ．Ability to close aircraft leasing / acquisition transactions |
| 維修管制員（Maintenance Controller） | ．Holder of a higher Diploma or above ．A minimum of 8 years’ aircraft maintenance experience ．Holder of valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) eg. HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR, etc. or equivalent ．Solid experience in airlines maintenance control Knowledge of HKAR governing aircraft certification and maintenance ．Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS) |
| 公司秘書（Company Secretary） | ．Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines ．Associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries (HKICS) / related professional bodies as well as holder of a legal qualification in Hong Kong ．Around 5 years’ post-qualification experience with legal or professional firms / sizable organisations; at least 3 years of which in handling company secretarial affairs including taking minutes at board and committee meetings ．Sound knowledge of Companies Ordinance, business and commercial laws, and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong |
