Job Duties :

• Prepare, marinate, and skewer meats, breads, and kebabs per traditional Tandoori recipes.
  
• Regulate tandoor heat for precise cooking and charring.
  
• Stretch and bake Naan and Roti on the clay oven walls.
  
• Maintain a clean tandoori station meeting food safety standard.
  
• Monitor ingredient levels and manage daily stock of spices and meats.

• Minimum 5 years kitchen experience in cooking traditional Tandoori recipes.
  
• Good knowledge of Tandoori Cuisine ingredients.
  
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
  
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
