Descriptions

Duties :

• Performs cataloging and classification of library materials
  
• Provide reader services and guidance
  
• Manage and maintain computer network, severs and equipment
  
• Assist in reviewing library policies and supervise subordinate staff in their work
  
• Manage and maintain library facilities
  
• Maintain library budget plan, manage and reimburse petty cash

* The appointee will be required to work on the evening and weekend shift.

Requirements :

• A recognized degree in Librarianship
  
• At least 2-year management and professional experience in an academic library
  
• Knowledgeable about computer networking
  
• Familiar with all aspects & guidelines of cataloging tools & principles
  
• Familiar with Aleph integrated library system
  
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English languages

• Monthly Salary : $41,586 - $51,354 (commensurate with experience)
