We are seeking an innovative Digital Technologist to elevate our online communications and build streamlined systems for operations. The role focuses on specialised technical work across website development, AI-related and emerging technology-based digital projects, infrastructure support, testing, deployment, documentation, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in web technologies and DevOps practices, with a passion for continuous improvement of user experiences through innovation and automation.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) developing, maintaining and optimising websites, systems and digital tools, including AI-assisted applications; (b) updating website content in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy; (c) implementing Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), accessibility and performance best practices across all digital properties; (d) reporting regularly on the performance of digital platforms, supported by analytical data; (e) building and managing technical infrastructure, including APIs, databases, servers, cloud hosting and virtual systems; (f) ensuring the performance, reliability, security and scalability of digital platforms; (g) performing regular backups of servers and maintaining tested recovery procedures; (h) assisting in bug fixing, testing, quality assurance, documentation and handover preparation for ongoing systems; (i) liaising with stakeholders, IT department, and vendors on technical requirements; (j) evaluating, researching and implementing AI and emerging technology tools to automate workflows, streamline operations, and improve user experiences; (k) providing technical support and user training workshops to facilitate digital transformation; (l) co-ordinating procurement, inventory management and expense reporting for technical equipment, applications, accessories, maintenance services; and (m) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines; (ii) at least 4 years' full-stack or digital technical experience, with a proven track record in system implementation and support; (iii) solid experience in web technologies, including HTML / CSS, JavaScript, SQL, server / database administration, AI-assisted development, testing and deployment; (iv) familiarity with APIs, CDNs, CMS customisation, cloud services such as AWS or Azure, automation workflows, Linux-based environments, DevOps practices, infrastructure support, and PM platforms such as Notion is an advantage; (v) quick aptitude for learning new technologies; (vi) proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and (vii) a self-motivated work attitude, with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
