• Associate Degree, Diploma (QF Level 4) or above, with HKDSE 5 subjects at Level 2 or above (incl. Chin. and Eng.) or equivalent qualifications
  
• Passionate about serving youth and contributing to community development
  
• Organised, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
  
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  
• Creative, resourceful and capable of handling multiple tasks
  
• Experience in program coordination, volunteer management, career development, community engagement and/or board game facilitation is an advantage
  
• Implement youth development and career-related programs targeting young people and community members
  
• Design and facilitate groups, workshops, training programs and experiential learning activities
  
• Coordinate program operations, participant recruitment and stakeholder engagement
  
• Recruit, train and support volunteers
  
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, community partners and other stakeholders
  
• Assist in program planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting
  
• Provide administrative and statistical support
  
• Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the APO position
