This role leads best practice and oversee all operations of the foster care services by working closely and collaboratively with the leadership team.

Requirement :

A Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience from which 2 years gained from children and family related discipline
Good leadership skills with people and project management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in handling conflict and work with different stakeholders
