• Schedule and coordinate client appointments
  
• Conduct health risk assessment with elderly
  
• Facilitate group classes and workshops
  
• Manage outreach booths for community health events
  
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Entry Requirements:

• Secondary education is required
  
• Health Care Assistant or Care-related Support Worker Certificate is preferred
  
• Fluent in Cantonese
  
• Able to read and write Chinese and possess knowledge of English
  
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with elderly clients, is an advantage
  
• Shift duty is required

All candidates of the above vacancies should possess the following abilities :

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills
  
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
  
• Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
