The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing support to postgraduate programme(s), including but not limited to admissions, student affairs, programme activities, etc.; (b) providing support to administration of the School Office, including but not limited to committee work, finance, personnel matters, events and publicity, etc.; and (c) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill; (iv) good analytical, interpersonal communication, and organisational skills, and self-motivation; (v) a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial work attitude; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; and (vii) a strong growth mindset and positive work attitude.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
