IT Project Manager (P2-PM2-OMH-EL)

Descriptions
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline;
- English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in web-based portal development, open API architecture, and Private/Hybrid Cloud management;
- Knowledge of data security protocols and SRAA/PDPO compliance;
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP, PHP, SQL, stored procedures, and MS SQL Server;
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain systems to support cross-professionals and departmental initiatives;
- Collaborate with users to gather and analyze functional requirements;
- Establish and maintain a central data infrastructure and SSOT database;
- Manage longitudinal dataset consolidation and provide macro-level analytics for district health trend reporting;
- Assist in system documentation, testing (UAT), and deployment;
- Provide technical support and training to end-users;
- Participate in strategic projects such as data platform development, and digital innovation pilots;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Working Hours: 44 hours gross per week
Working Location:
Kwun Tong District with outreach community work required
