Contract Period : 1-year full-time
Requirements :
Completed Secondary Education, be able to read and speak English and Cantonese; Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and Proficient in computer operations
Duties :
Supporting scheduling, meeting arrangements, materials preparation, and clerical work; assisting with documentation, filing, data entry, attendance records, and reimbursement-related tasks; supporting activity logistics and operational arrangements; assisting staff in preparation and implementation work as assigned; and outreaching to ethnic minority community for service engagement
Working Hour :
39 net working hours per week; require to work 2-3 evening shifts per week; and may be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
Location : Territory-wide
Salary :
$14,570 (Starting from MPS Pt.0, Commensurate with working experience)
