• Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or community nursing experience, preferably in elderly care, primary healthcare or chronic disease management
  
• Experience in health assessment, screening programmes, patient education and care coordination is an advantage
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Interested in community health promotion and services for older adults
  
• Conduct hearing-related health assessments and screening support
  
• Perform basic health checks and otoscopic examination where appropriate
  
• Provide hearing health advice and education to participants and caregivers
  
• Support supervised trial use of hearing devices and participant follow-up
  
• Facilitate service navigation and referral to healthcare and specialist services
  
• Assist in data collection, documentation and project evaluation activities
