• Degree holder in Social Work or above, RSW
  
• HKCEE 5 passes [incl. Eng (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above] * or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of experience in casework services, including Parenting Coordination, Family Mediation, Child Visitation
  
• Accredited Parenting Co-ordinator, Family Therapist or intensive counseling training is preferable
  
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  
• Dynamic, efficient, independent, responsive and resourceful
  
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  
• Assist the coordination of centre service, centre management duties and service development
  
• Provide Parenting Co-ordination, counseling, group and program for parents and children of separation and divorce families
  
• Facilitate and monitor Supervised Child Contact & exchange
  
• Prepare records of the contact and other case reports as required
  
• Organize educational programs, outreaching activities, community, networking for promoting co-parenting
  
• Consolidate practice wisdom and liaise with stakeholders
  
• Clinical Supervision to the social workers
  
• Working in Specialized Co-parenting Support Centre in New Territories West and weekend shift duty is required
