• Recognised bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Health, Education or related disciplines
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, elderly services, primary healthcare or community-based programmes
  
• Experience in managing externally funded projects, including planning, budgeting and reporting
  
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
  
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals, NGOs and academic institutions preferred
  
• Plan, implement and coordinate project activities and service delivery
  
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, intervention and follow-up arrangements
  
• Assist in delivering health education programmes and group activities
  
• Support operation of hearing device trial programmes and digital engagement activities
  
• Liaise with community partners, healthcare providers and collaborating organisations
  
• Handle project administration, procurement, documentation, monitoring and reporting
  
• Working Place : (Day Service) Hong Kong Island / Sham Shui Po District
