Descriptions

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Native-speaker of English
  
• Possesses a relevant Bachelor's degree majoring in the study of English from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or a Bachelor's degree in any subjects, and a higher degree majoring in the study of English or related subject from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and
  
• Possesses a Post-graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) majoring in English Language, or equivalent; and
  
• Possesses a Teaching English as a Foreign / Second Language (TEFL/TESL) qualification at least at certificate level, or equivalent
  
• Passes the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST)
  
• Obtains Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
  
• English teaching experience at local primary school preferred
  
• Valid Hong Kong Identity Card

• Undertakes teaching duties (Primary 1 - 3) and develops curriculum materials
  
• Provides a rich and authentic English language learning environment for students
  
• Provides support for the English Panel
  
• Organizes and conducts ECA
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school
