Under an energetic and forward-looking leadership team, HKSAS is embarking on a transformative journey. We are gearing up to construct our new 19-storey service building, with site possession taking place in 2026, breaking ground in 2027 and completion in 2030. Driven by a 67% growth in subvention and workforce expansion of our social services, this new service complex will significantly expand our residential capacity while introducing innovative initiatives across youth, rehabilitation and multi-disciplinary services.
