• Degree holder in any discipline, with at least three years of post-graduate work experience
  
• Strong knowledge of quantitative and statistical analysis
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  
• Working experience in an NGO, particularly in a welfare organization, would be a definite advantage
  
• Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing the service quality management system
  
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data collected
  
• Participate in the formulation of policies, standards, guidelines and performance indicators
  
• Conduct service quality monitoring exercises, including internal audits and system reviews
  
• Assist in managing operational risks and supporting other risk management projects
  
• Assist in ERP-related work at the service level
  
• Coordinate the Central Administrative Group and provide orientation to new administrative staff
  
• Manage and maintain service-related information
  
• Coordinate and/or edit internal and external communication materials, including website content, service leaflets, annual reports, newsletters and service reports for senior management
