Suicide Prevention Services is a registered charity providing sustainable, volunteer-based suicide prevention services in the community. It includes a 24-hour Suicide Prevention Hotline, Suicide Prevention Service for the Elderly, Services for Family with Elderly, Services for Survivors of Sudden Death and Suicide Loss, Community Education & Life Education for Youths.

Descriptions
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management: End-to-end planning and execution of diverse fundraising activities and promotional events.
- Channel Optimization: Innovating and scaling donation channels to attract, convert, and retain high-value supporters.
- Media Outreach: Leading PR strategies, press relations, and media placement to secure optimal exposure for services and events.
- Collateral Production: Overseeing the creation, editing, and distribution of bilingual marketing materials across offline and digital platforms.
- External Relations: Cultivating and nurturing critical relationships with vendors, sponsors, and institutional donors.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- A degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields.
- 10+ years of solid experience in NGO fundraising, event logistics, and media networking.
- A resilient, well-organized multi-tasker with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual excellence : Impeccable command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Digital literacy : Competency in office software, with an advantage given to candidates experienced in website updates and digital platform management.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
