診所助理 (全職) (SS3-CLA-OMH-CL)

Descriptions
- 具中五程度，具有兩年西醫診所工作經驗及相關證書優先；
- 熟識中、英文電腦文書處理 / 30wpm；
- 性格主動、有禮、具良好溝通技巧及顧客服務態度；
- 協助醫生提供西醫門診及外診工作，包括配藥及發藥步驟，防感染步驟等；
- 安排病人診症及配藥、協助西醫診症、訂購及管理相關藥物或儀器；
- 協助提供醫療門診接待服務，按需要協助衛生署外展資助計劃外展工作；
- 負責支援單位服務 (中西醫)，處理單位的資料輸入、一般文書、帳項結算、購置物資等相關文書事宜；
- 全職每週平均工作 45 小時，須輪班，部分日子需要放晚上 7 時 30 分，星期日及公眾假期休息；能即時到職者優先；觀塘區診所工作。

本會會按需要要求準僱員進行性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
