• Degree in any discipline with 3 years post graduate experience
  
• Knowledge in quantitative and statistical analysis is a must
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Good at Chinese and English writing
  
• Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel)
  
• Work experience in NGO, especially welfare organization is a definite advantage
  
• Assist in building and maintaining quality system of the service, including :
  
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey and analyze data collected
  
• Participate in formulating policies, standards, guidelines and performance indicators
  
• Conduct service quality monitoring exercises, such as internal audit and system review
  
• Assist in managing operation risks
  
• Assist in establishing and maintaining safety management system and promoting safety and health in the workplace
  
• Conduct accident review and analysis to identify preventive measures
  
• Assist in other risk management project
  
• Responsible for Service Information
  
• Coordinate and/or editing internal and external communication, such as website, service leaflets, annual report, newsletter, service report to the senior management and etc.
