• A recognized qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline. Candidates holding a Higher Diploma or University Degree are preferred.
  
• A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience managing and maintaining school-based server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of network administration, user account management, data backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices tailored to a secondary school environment.
  
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
• Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively support and coordinate with teaching and administrative staff.
  
• Prior experience working within a school setting is considered a significant advantage.
  
• Fulfill the requirements of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) as mandated by the Education Bureau.
  
• The successful candidate is expected to commence employment on 13 August 2026.
