Job Description :

• To assist ED in service planning and development of community-based service teams, i.e. The Hang Out (HO) and All-Night Outreaching Team (OR)
  
• To oversee the administration, service monitoring, coordination and supervision of HO and OR

Key Responsibilities :

• To support and supervise professional staff, especially social workers in handling difficult and crisis cases
  
• To train and supervise ASWOs (Supervisors of SWAs), Social Workers (SWAs) and Welfare Workers (WWs) in handling case work and group work within the context of YO
  
• To supervise the Centre-in-charge (IC) and professional staff of HO and OR in service provision and development
  
• To be responsible for marketing of new service initiatives, proposal writing and liaison with various external business associates/funding organizations
  
• To prepare evaluation reports, financial and statistical reports on activities and programs
  
• To take up tasks assigned by the ED

Education Requirement :

• Professional Qualification: Registered Social Worker
  
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or equivalent
  
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences in youth works in which 3 years should be at supervisory position
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
