Registered Nurse (Part time)

為註冊非牟利慈善團體及香港社會服務聯會之會員機構。於社區開設銀鈴護士站及銀鈴醫護站，為基層長者提供免費健康個案管理服務。因應本會發展，現誠聘上述職位。

Key Responsibilities :

Implement primary nursing services, include health promotion, health assessment, health screening, individualized health education, home visit and coaching, to the community dwelling elderly in CareAge Health Center (Sham Shui Po)
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to conduct health services

Requirements :

Holder of valid Registered Nurse (General) practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
Eye care experience is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature and independent
Good computer literacy
