Requirements :
- Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above
- Good command of English is required
- Previous background in event coordination or school administration is preferred
- Attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST)
Duties :
- Supports the coordination, scheduling, and administration of after-school programs
- Process ECA sign-ups, maintain databases, and prepare student master lists and reports
- Contact for parents, teachers, coaches, and activity providers regarding scheduling
