Job Duties :

• To manage and operate the computers, Information Technology (IT) and audio-visual facilities in school
  
• To liaise with related vendors for daily maintenance of IT facilities in school and handle related works
  
• To support the use of computer hardware, software and network equipment including: (i) installation and configuration; (ii) user support and troubleshooting; (iii) system update, backup and maintenance; (iv) stock keeping and procurement
  
• To support and assist in managing online learning platforms, CloudSAMS, eClass and Apple Mobile Device Management System
  
• To support the implementation of e-Learning in school
  
• To assist in photo taking and production of videos
  
• To design, develop and update the school webpages
  
• Any other duties assigned by the school administrator

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer / IT or related disciplines
  
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in computer operation and technical support is preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  
• Familiar with the use of the computer network and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc
  
• Solid technical skills of Apple System & e-Learning
  
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
  
• A good command of both Chinese and English
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Sexual Conviction Record Check is required
