Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre provides holistic care-integrating medical, rehabilitation, and spiritual support-for frail elders, chronically ill, and advanced cancer patients. Through our multi-disciplinary team and comprehensive facilities, we ensure residents receive appropriate care, dignity, and inner peace during their end-of-life journey.

To meet the growing demand for quality rehabilitation, long-term, and palliative care amid an aging population, our Centre is constructing a new Hospice Care Block, scheduled for completion in 2027. As the project enters the commissioning phase, we invite compassionate and professional individuals who share our vision to join us. Together, we will advance quality palliative care services and fulfill our mission to "Embrace Life Journey with Love."
