SideBySide is seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Manager to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the Agency's community connection initiatives, including but not limited to housing projects and others community linkage and development services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, the Senior Manager will :
  
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic initiatives across social enterprise, competence development, and stakeholder engagement portfolios
  
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver integrated, impact-driven programmes (e.g., ERB course, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and employment services, etc.) aligned with evolving community needs
  
• Drive the development and sustainability of social enterprise initiatives and self-financed projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial viability
  
• Strengthen organisational capacity through people development, performance management, and continuous service improvement
  
• Foster strategic partnerships with government, funders, corporates, and community stakeholders to advance volunteerism, health, and inclusion (including ethnic diversity services)
  
• Provide leadership in service innovation, policy advocacy, and evidence-based programme development, enhancing organisational impact and reputation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with exposure to social enterprises, training / skills development, or community services, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  
• Proven track record in managing self-financed initiatives, programme development, or cross-sector projects
  
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to social impact, innovation, and business sustainability
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capabilities across public, private, and community sectors
  
• Digitally savvy, with experience in data-driven decision-making, impact measurement, and service evaluation
