Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the administration and implementation of student services, student development programmes and workshops
  
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions on social, emotional, behavioural, and academic concerns
  
• Work with teachers, parents, and the Student Support Committee to identify student needs and coordinate appropriate support
  
• Provide support and guidance to students with special educational needs
  
• Offer in-house counselling training for teachers and parents

Requirements :

• A recognized bachelor degree in Psychology / Counselling / Social Work or other relevant discipline; master degree preferred
  
• A member of a professional counselling body
  
• Preferably with at least 3 years of full-time work experience in teaching, counselling or volunteering work involving adolescents (age 12-18)
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Good communication skills
