Occupational Therapist I (Part-Time) (0.5 Full-Time Equivalent / Flexible scheduling)

為註冊非牟利慈善團體及香港社會服務聯會之會員機構。於社區開設銀鈴護士站及銀鈴醫護站，為基層長者提供免費健康個案管理服務。因應本會發展，現誠聘上述職位。

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct professional occupational therapy assessments directly in elderly clients' homes.
Devise, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation programme goals.
Write clear clinical assessment reports, progress notes, and documentation.
Partner closely with clinical and other specialists within a multi-disciplinary team.
Assess home environments and recommend necessary modifications or assistive devices.

Requirements :

Registered with Hong Kong Occupational Therapists Board; holder of a valid practicing certificate.
Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in community care or elderly services.
Highly independent during home visits, yet an excellent team player within the specialist team.
Good command of English and Chinese, with strong report-writing skills.

Kowloon City Area ( Center-based duties and district-based home visits)
