We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join our IT Team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for administering the school network, IT systems and AV systems, system maintenance and providing technical support to teachers and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Day-to-day running of school networks, IT systems and AV systems.
  
• Provide daily operational IT support for the school.
  
• Manage school management systems.
  
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  
• Support teachers in research projects and academic collaborations.

Requirements :

• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  
• Cisco Certified Network Associate.
  
• Minimum one (1) years of related experience.(Fresh graduates with a strong technical background are also welcome).
  
• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.
  
• Sound technical knowledge about IT, security of systems and latest developments in the field.
  
• Excellent observation and analytical skills.
  
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, and willing to learn.
  
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
  
• Jamf School, Apple School Manager, Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Meta, Backup Server experience preferred.
