Sports Director
St. Paul's Co-educational College offers dual curricula - the Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). As a Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) school, SPCC enjoys flexible allocation of funding and resources. Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- To oversee all aspects of the College's and its affiliated Primary School's sports programme including hiring coaches, scheduling, budget preparation, compliance, and facility management
- To provide guidance and direction for the College's and its affiliated Primary School's sports programme
- To coordinate and organise internal and external sporting competitions
- To prepare reports on the status of sporting teams
- To communicate with different stakeholders e.g. students, parents, staff and coaches
Requirements :
- A recognized degree with major in Sports Management or relevant disciplines
- Subject-training in Physical Education and a certificate or diploma in education is preferred
- Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) requirement fulfilled
- Experience in sports administration with 3 - 5 years of coaching or teaching
- Organised, self-driven and able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
