• Degree holder or above with at least 2 years relevant post-degree experience OR Associate Degree / Diploma Holder (QF level 4), HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience
  
• Good Command in English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Responsible, well-organised, detailed-minded with high administrative ability
  
• Experience in Elderly Services preferred
  
• Lead the recruitment, coordination and engagement of Young-Old volunteers across three districts
  
• Organise training schedules and maintain accurate volunteer records
  
• Support Young-Old volunteers' development and progression through programme tiers
  
• Supervise Health Specialist and Programme Officer within the district team to ensure smooth operations
  
• Collaborate closely with training party to facilitate training delivery and certification processes
  
• Work Location : Work across six districts including Eastern, Wan Chai, Central and Western, Sham Shui Po, Kwai Tsing & Tsuen Wan
