Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and implement culturally responsive, community based mental health education and ambassador programmes to enhance mental health literacy, reduce sigma, and promote early identification and help seeking within the community
  
• Network, liaise and collaborate with NGOs, community leaders educational institutions, and service providers to support and facilitate the effective delivery of mental health promotion and social inclusion education programmes
  
• Provide outreaching and individual casework support to persons from ethnically diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive, client-control, and holistic care that addresses mental health, psychosocial, and wellbeing needs
  
• Develop project proposals and funding applications that respond to the needs of the ethnically diverse communities

• Degree in Social Work Psychology, Counselling or related disciplines
  
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Urdu and Hindi; experience in mental health or multicultural service is an advantage
  
• Work Location : Wanchai, Hong Kong East, Kwai Tsing District
