Administration Assistant (Accounting)
The Association is a medical Association formed in 1948 under Chapter 1024 of Hong Kong Legislation and at present it is the parent organisation of Ruttonjee Hospital and Grantham Hospital. It also administers one Care and Attention Home, four Chinese Medicine Clinics, one Dental Clinic as well as a Health Promotion Centre.

Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in handling the daily operation including Accounting Closing and Audit, Payment, Payroll and Revenue Management
- Handle patient's appointments, registration and collection of fees
- Assist to prepare reports, file the records and input data of personal particulars of Human Resources System
- Supervise / coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Possess a recognized Diploma / Higher Certificate in Accountancy-related subjects or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in NGOs
- Experience in Flex Accounting System is preferable but not essential
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Benefits :
- HK$20,000 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
- A Discretionary Gratuity in the sum of 1-month basic salary is provided from the 2nd contract onwards
