Job Description :

• Provide casework assistance for individuals residing in our accommodation
  (1) Intervene with Recovery Model, Strength-based perspective, and Empowerment perspective
  (2) Conduct continuous and comprehensive needs assessments.
  (3) Provide comprehensive support and development for the individual to achieve life transformation.
  
• Plan and coordinate therapeutic groups (e.g Mindfulness-based intervention and Relaxation group) as well as other group activities.
  
• Plan and implement projects relevant to the service target's needs.
  
• Carry out other assigned work tasks.
  
• Submit case follow-up documentation and reports on time.
  
• Work with the team to create and coordinate special activities and specialized activities and services.

• Holder of a recognized diploma in Social Work or related discipline, or higher qualification (Registered Social Worker or Counseling degree preferred).
  
• Proactive, positive, responsible, disciplined, reflective, and believing in the diversity of life.
  
• Willing to learn and develop new knowledge and related skills.
  
• Able to flexibly balance counseling, assessment, and problem-solving.
  
• Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
  
• Work Location : Tai Kok Tsui.
  
• Work Hours : 5-day workweek, with the requirement to work on Saturdays or Sundays if there are special events.
