• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related discipline; or
  
• For candidates with a non-relevant major, a Bachelor Degree plus relevant system / digital project experience is required
  
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in system analysis / system implementation / digital transformation projects, with hands-on SaaS experience
  
• Strong capability in workflow analysis, system configuration, form and data design
  
• Experience balancing standardization, workaround, and customization at an organization level
  
• Experience with AI tools or AI agent design is highly preferred
  
• Experience in NGO, social services, healthcare, or public sector is an advantage
  
• Lead and support onboarding and rollout of multiple SaaS systems across service units
  
• Analyze service workflows and translate needs into system configuration and workaround solutions
  
• Plan and lead pilot trials to validate configurations before organization-wide rollout
  
• Consolidate requirements and coordinate organization-level customization only when configuration and workarounds are insufficient
  
• Review and standardize forms and data structures, improving question design and data quality
  
• Design and oversee AI agents to enhance task accuracy and operational efficiency
  
• Attend vendor training and act as a key liaison between IT, service units, and vendors
  
• Provide guidance to service units and service teams where appropriate
  
• Provide additional support for project-related tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving project needs
