A Degree holder preferably in Creative Media, Creative Arts and Culture, Performing Arts or equivalent area
Minimum 8 years' experience in arts, culture or creative industries
Proven leadership ability with excellent organization and communication skills
Solid project and event management experiences
Strong network to create learning opportunities and to promote arts and cultural initiatives
