Descriptions

Requirements :

• A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work, or equivalent;
  
• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
  
• Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience, at least 4 years of which in managerial level;
  
• Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
  
• Possession of electronic certificates for the Online Child Protection Course (Modules 1 and 2);
  
• Possess a passion to provide people-centered quality service with strong sense on the development of Youth Service;
  
• Be able to work independently and to communicate with people at different levels.

Job Duties :

• To be responsible for the strategic development, management and monitoring of the School Social Work Service;
  
• To provide clinical supervision, consultation and performance evaluation periodically to professional staff of the units;
  
• To set up clinical protocols and service guidelines of the unit;
  
• To develop new initiatives and prepare funding proposals in respond to youth issues and parents' needs;
  
• To mobilize community resources to support service development;
  
• To engage internal and external stakeholders for the planning, coordination and development of the service;
  
• To represent the Agency to participate in the related committees and case conferences.

Working Hours : 44 hours per week

Working Location : Kwun Tong District
