Job Duties :

• Take charge of Program implementation and monitor ongoing progress.
  
• Prepare funding application documents and presentation materials to support Program fundraising initiatives.
  
• Ensure Program Database integrity & prepare reports based on analysis of operational data; update Program Directors and other stakeholders about the Program outcomes.
  
• Drive new initiatives and services aligned with the Program Committee's strategic objectives.
  
• Lead and manage a small team of staff.
  
• Build partner trust and maintain regular contact via periodic communications and e-channels.
  
• Oversee and coordinate Program participants, including collaborative partners.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years' experience in behavioural therapy, social work, or with SEN children; project and event management skills a must.
  
• Strong communication and management skills with good social network.
  
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google functions.
  
• Knowledge of social marketing skills, and exposure in CRM and/or Learning Management System an advantage.
