• Organize, lead, and evaluate our Elderly Services to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals;
  
• Provide coaching to Unit Heads and project leaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery;
  
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and businesses to facilitate services and maximize resources, promote our Elderly Services widely;
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records related to progress, finance, and other necessary documentation to track service delivery and compliance;
  
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor to ensure alignment with the organizational vision and objectives.

Basic Entry Requirements :

• Degree holder in Social Science or Social Work;
  
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification working experience in recognized welfare organizations, preferably in elderly or mental health services, with at least 3 years in a management role;
  
• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
  
• Good knowledge of PC applications including Word Processing, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  
• Strong understanding of public affairs and community relations, with sensitivity to the external political, social, and economic environments;
  
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging with diverse clienteles;
  
• Solid experience in drafting and writing funding proposals;
  
• Willingness to learn and apply innovative solutions and experience in IT system setup or implementation.
