Job Descriptions :

• To assist with the classroom teaching and prepare and executing lessons and resources
  
• To support and facilitate the operation and future development of the school SEN team and school-based SEN support, such as supporting regular team meetings and case conferences, knowledge management work, organizing documents, and coordinating efforts to support students with special needs according to their needs
  
• To assist in different functional groups
  
• To assess the students' work done in class
  
• To develop and adapt individualized teaching methods that are suitable for each of their students
  
• To collaborate with the Class Teachers and administrators to build a better learning environment for the children
  
• To update parents on their students' progress and give recommendations to promote a better learning environment at home
  
• To assist in organising school activities
  
• To assist in handling documents when needed
  
• Other duties assigned by the school administrators

Qualifications / Requirements :

• High diploma / associate degree or above
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Committed to and passionate about serving students with special needs, and willing to learn
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  
• Patient, Empathetic and Dedicated
  
• Sexual Conviction Record Check is required

Salary :
$17,190 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
