Responsibilities :

• Provide end-users technical support and maintain IT operations
  
• Perform support & administration on servers, security applicances, networking devices, firewall and video conference solutions
  
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and related corporate standards establishment
  
• Responding to and resolving system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  
• Assisting with system installations, configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
  
• Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides and inventory control

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
  
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in system infrastructure and security support
  
• Knowledge of infrastructural installation, intrusion detection systems and data backup
  
• Proficiency in end users support and troubleshooting skill
  
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Novell OES and Linux is an advantage
  
• Shift duty is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, shift allowance will be provided
