Job Duties :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Operation manager to join our team, to assist our managing director to play a pivotal role in the daily operation of establishment.
- To oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration of group of restaurant .
- To monitor and manage the receptionist, waiters and supervisory staff during service.
- To handle with reservation, greeting and seating arriving guest.
- To execute and follow up food / beverage / general requisition / transfer forms in sections involved.
- To ensure the cleanliness of restaurant in a high hygiene standard.
- To prepare required periodical reports.
Requirments :
- Minimum 5 year's supervisory experience in hospitality industry at supervisory level.
- Diploma or above in food and beverage/hospitality management.
- Strong management skills with positive mind-set.
- Must have good communication of written and spoken in English.
- Proficient in POS and computer knowledge.
Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
Working Location : Shau Kei Wan and Sai Wan Ho
