Job Duties :

• To prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes.
  
• To ensure all dishes are presented in highest standard authentic Pakistani dishes.
  
• To supervise the chef and assistant chefs in the planning and creation of new and exciting specialist Pakistani dishes.
  
• To monitor cost control and adjust item pricing.
  
• To observe safety and sanitation procedures.
  
• To implement guidelines in keeping utensils, food equipment, storage chambers and cooking areas clean.
  
• To check the freshness and quality of ingredients to prevent contamination and food related illness.

• Minimum 5-7 years kitchen experience in cooking Pakistani food.
  
• Good knowledge of Pakistani Cuisine.
  
• Good communication skills in English.
  
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
